Architectural Designer



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and aesthetically-pleasing buildings and structures. Your main role will be to understand the needs and wants of clients, create design plans, and oversee the construction process to ensure that the final product meets all requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements and budget
- Create detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials for construction and ensure they are within budget constraints
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals during the construction process
- Review and make necessary adjustments to designs based on site conditions or client requests
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed in the design process
- Stay updated on new architectural trends and techniques to continuously improve designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Monte-Carlo.

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time job, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
