Architectural Designer - Monte Carlo, Monaco


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Monte Carlo, Monaco. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional building designs that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design goals and requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Work closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet all necessary codes and regulations
- Present design proposals to clients for feedback and revisions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but we offer free visa sponsorship and transportation assistance for international candidates.
