Commercial Architect (Pakistani candidates preferred) in Wiltz, Luxembourg

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and visually appealing designs. Your role will involve creating detailed plans, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and overseeing the construction process.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as excellent design and project management skills. A degree in Architecture or a related field is required. Prior experience working on commercial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their requirements and budget for the project
- Develop initial design concepts that meet the client's needs and comply with building codes
- Create detailed plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Present designs to clients and make any necessary revisions based on their feedback
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the project runs smoothly
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it aligns with the approved plans
- Ensure that all materials used are of high quality and within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience working on commercial projects preferred

This is a full-time position based in Wiltz. Pakistani candidates are preferred due to language requirements for interacting with local clients. We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month. Freshers are welcome to apply.
