Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to the design
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate project timelines and schedules
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month.
