We are hiring experienced Formworkers to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling the framework of concrete structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using measuring tools
- Cut, shape, and fit materials according to specifications
- Assemble and secure formwork using various tools and equipment
- Pour concrete into forms and ensure proper alignment and placement
- Remove formwork after concrete has dried
- Inspect formwork for any defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, based on your experience level.
