Formworker - Construction Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our construction team in Sheduva. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating temporary structures, called forms, which are used to support concrete while it sets. This role requires precision, physical strength, and the ability to read and interpret construction plans. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in formwork construction and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools to construct wooden or metal forms according to construction plans
- Set up formwork and brace it for pouring concrete
- Verify dimensions, levelness, and alignment of forms before concrete is poured
- Pour concrete into formwork and smooth it using various tools
- Remove forms once the concrete has set and clean up the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in formwork construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Preferred:
- Certification or training in formwork construction
- Experience working with different types of formwork systems (e.g. steel, aluminum)
- Familiarity with safety procedures on construction sites
