Job Title: Concrete Worker

We are in need of a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Funchal. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing concrete structures, such as walls, floors, and sidewalks. Your duties will include mixing and pouring concrete, finishing surfaces, and ensuring that all work is done according to safety standards.

To excel in this role, you should have experience working with concrete and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job. You must also have an eye for detail and be able to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksites by setting up scaffolding and barricades
- Mix concrete according to specifications
- Pour concrete into forms or onto surfaces
- Smooth, level, and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Monitor curing process and apply necessary treatments
- Repair damaged structures by patching or replacing concrete
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with good stamina for manual labor
- Familiarity with hand/power tools used in construction work
- Knowledge of safety regulations for working with concrete
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
