We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Svalbard. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Develop design concepts and create detailed plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the building is built according to the plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure that all building codes and safety regulations are followed

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Prior experience in industrial architecture is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial buildings
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
