Part-time Construction Manager for Women in Fonvieille

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Fonvieille on a part-time basis. This position is specifically open to women who are looking to further their career in the construction industry.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and managing resources. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create project plans and schedules and ensure timely completion of all phases of construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Oversee the hiring and training of construction workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Communicate updates and progress reports to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Fluent in French (spoken & written)
- Preference will be given to female candidates
