We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project completion.
- Develop project timelines and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that project plans are feasible and comply with regulations.
- Manage resources and materials efficiently to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and government officials.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Prepare progress reports and present them to clients or project owners.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. The working hours may vary depending on project deadlines, but the standard work week is 40 hours. This position is suitable for men who meet the qualifications.
