Facade Technician in Akron, USA


We are currently hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing exterior building facades, including windows, doors, and cladding. You will work closely with our project managers and other technicians to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior building facades according to project plans and specifications
- Perform measurements, cutting, and drilling as needed for accurate installation
- Ensure proper sealing and insulation of windows and doors
- Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components of facades
- Collaborate with project managers to plan project timelines and meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on site
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in facade installation is preferred
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
