Facade Technician in Akron, Philippines

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades in Akron, Philippines. Your main duty will be to ensure that the exterior of buildings are structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires hands-on experience in construction and strong knowledge of building materials. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of building facades including glass, metal panels, stone cladding, and more
- Conduct inspections to identify any damage or issues with the facade
- Determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
- Work with a team to safely install new facades or make repairs
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or construction
- Strong knowledge of building materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if necessary
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on high-rise buildings or commercial structures is highly desirable
- Certification or training in facade installation or construction is a plus

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Job: This is a contract position with an initial duration of 1 year. The contract may be extended based on performance.
