Merchandiser Specialist
We are hiring a Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Jizan, Canada. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing merchandising plans that drive sales and increase brand visibility. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that product displays are visually appealing and strategically placed in stores.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute product displays
- Visit stores regularly to ensure product placement is optimal and displays are well-maintained
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
- Negotiate with store managers for prime product placement locations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with production team for restocking needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising
- Knowledge of current retail trends, consumer behavior, and market competition
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with store managers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
