Cleaner Supervisor


We are a reputable cleaning company based in Jizan, looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and managing a team of cleaners.

Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure they adhere to company standards and procedures
- Assign duties and schedules to cleaners
- Monitor the performance of the cleaning team and provide feedback for improvement
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Order cleaning supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels
- Handle customer complaints or special requests in a timely manner
- Train new employees on cleaning techniques and equipment usage
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, including timekeeping and attendance records

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role
- Previous experience in supervising a team is preferred
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and motivate others
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with an eye for cleanliness and sanitation standards

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
