Architectural Technologist - Herzliya, Israel

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate and meet building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as experience with CAD software. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for design and attention to detail. Salary is 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid work visa for Israel

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Review project specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs
- Make revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback from team members or clients
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project planning and design development
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders during the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulations related to architectural technology
