We are in need of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Utena, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present architectural designs and proposals to clients
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials, techniques, and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with benefits such as accommodation. This is an urgent position so we are looking for candidates who already have their own visa to work in Lithuania.
