Project Manager

As a Project Manager for our company in Os, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with different teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and according to the established scope. You will also be in charge of identifying potential risks and creating contingency plans to mitigate them. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring project progress, providing regular updates to senior management, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. A background in project management or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and budgets
- Communicate project objectives and expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Monitor project progress and report on status updates regularly
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage changes in project scope or timelines as needed
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members throughout the duration of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and make critical decisions efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- PMP certification is a plus

Location: Os (open to candidates from any nationality)
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
