Project Manager - Construction (Osaka, Japan)

As a Project Manager for our construction project in Osaka, Japan, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from conception to completion. Your main duties will include developing project plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing timelines and budgets. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks and ensuring that the project is completed within the set timeframe.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You should also be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively. Previous experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
