We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, shopping centers, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and understand their needs and requirements for the commercial project
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the construction process runs smoothly
- Manage project budgets and ensure that all materials used are within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Ensure that all plans comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in commercial architecture design and project management
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month.
