We are hiring a skilled and dynamic Team Lead to join our growing team in Dickirch. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Indian nationality preferred (other nationalities are welcome to apply)
