Team Lead - Customer Service
As a Team Lead for our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of customer service representatives in our Dickirch office. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and have a positive experience with our company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of customer service representatives to meet and exceed performance targets
- Monitoring the quality of customer interactions and providing feedback to team members
- Identifying areas for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
- Handling escalated customer complaints and finding effective solutions to resolve them
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination for timely resolution of customer issues
- Creating reports on team performance and presenting them to upper management
- Conducting regular training sessions for new hires as well as ongoing training for current team members
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is necessary, along with strong organizational skills. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates.
