We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Security Analyst to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing security measures to protect our organization's computer systems and networks. You will work closely with our IT team to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to prevent cyber attacks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement security protocols for our computer systems and networks
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and investigate any potential security breaches
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and recommend necessary measures to mitigate risks
- Train employees on proper security practices and procedures
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure all systems are up-to-date with necessary security patches
- Respond to security incidents promptly and take appropriate action
- Conduct penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our systems
- Prepare detailed reports on security findings and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM) preferred
- Proven experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, best practices, and technologies
- Familiarity with network architecture, infrastructure, protocols, and systems (e.g. firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems, vulnerability scanning tools, and SIEM platforms
- Ability to analyze complex technical data, identify trends or anomalies, and provide solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be willing to stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies
