Office Assistant
We are in search of a competent and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team in Fonvieille. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails.
- Maintain office filing systems and manage office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, make travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials.
- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Assist with organizing company events and conferences.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all company information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Biometric passport required for international travel.
- Accommodation provided for out-of-town employees.
