We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar panels for residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or ground-mounted structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Perform quality checks on all installed equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panel systems
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation job
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights or with electrical equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to efficiently complete projects on schedule

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in solar installation preferred
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a related field is an asset
- Knowledge of electrical systems and regulations is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
