Solar Installation Technician

Our solar installation company in Kaunas is seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installation Technician to join our team. As a Solar Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other system components according to manufacturer's instructions
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of panels and equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation process
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with installed systems
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns from clients
- Keep detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance performed

Requirements:
- Prior experience in solar installation or related field
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian language skills preferred but not required)

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must have their own accommodations in Kaunas.
