We are seeking a friendly and efficient waiter/waitress to join our team at an Indian restaurant in Bungoma, Kenya. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Answer any questions or concerns from customers about the menu or their order
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set for the next customer
- Handle payment transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or other Indian languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle difficult situations with professionalism and grace
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
