Job Title: Part-Time Moderator in Oslo

We are seeking a part-time moderator to join our team in Oslo. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and forums to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all users. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it ideal for students or those looking for supplemental income.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure compliance with community rules and guidelines
- Engage with users and provide timely responses to questions and concerns
- Identify and report any inappropriate or offensive content
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing user engagement and improving community dynamics
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and topics within the community to facilitate relevant discussions

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed

Salary: $1200/month (based on 20 hours/week)

Location: This position is based in Oslo but can also be done remotely.
