Surveyor

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to land and property boundaries. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate measurements and reports. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in surveying is required, as well as proficiency in using surveying equipment and software. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. This role is based in Chelyabinsk and offers a salary of $1400 per month.

As a Surveyor, your duties may include:

- Conducting land surveys using various equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and 3D scanners
- Analyzing data collected from surveys to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Interpreting legal documents related to land boundaries
- Communicating with clients and team members to determine project needs
- Ensuring accuracy of all measurements and calculations
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and 3D scanners
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to land boundaries (preferred)
- Fluency in English (required)
