Warehouse Associate



We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing various warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing goods, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Salary: 1700$ per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy of contents against purchase orders
- Unload and store received goods in designated areas
- Pick and pack orders for shipment
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the warehouse management system
- Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times
- Operate forklifts or other equipment to move goods within the warehouse
- Prepare shipments for delivery using appropriate packaging materials
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
