Entry-Level Crane Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Crane Operator in Multan. As a crane operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and overhead cranes.
- Read and interpret load charts and blueprints to determine the weight of the load and the appropriate crane for the job.
- Inspect cranes before each shift to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Safely rig loads using appropriate chains, cables, or slings.
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a crane operator is not required but preferred.
- Valid crane operator certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
