Waiter/Waitress - Part Time (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Svalbard. This is a part-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and prompt service
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle payments using POS system

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Attention to detail
- Must have valid work visa for Svalbard (or be eligible for visa sponsorship)

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, with shifts available during lunch, dinner, and weekend hours. The schedule will be flexible based on the needs of the restaurant.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1000 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Our restaurant is located in Svalbard, an archipelago situated between mainland Norway and the North Pole. It is known for its stunning natural landscapes and unique wildlife.
