Team Lead - Remish (Contract)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Remish. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure successful project completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$, ideal for individuals with experience in leading teams and strong leadership skills.

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of professionals to ensure successful project completion within the given timeline
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and skills
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
- Identifying areas for improvement within the team and implementing strategies to increase efficiency
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working on contract projects is preferred but not required
- Must have visa sponsorship or be eligible to work in Remish without accommodation
