Teamlead - Operations (Remish, India)



As a Teamlead for our operations team in Remish, India, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals in the daily operations of our company. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as strong organizational and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company's office in Remish, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Manage and lead a team of individuals in various departments such as customer service, administration, and logistics
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, tracking progress and providing support when needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and efficiency of the team
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a smooth workflow between different teams
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations or management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with international teams is a plus
