Industrial Architect



We are seeking an experienced and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for industrial structures that meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations
- Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Collaborate with contractors during the construction process to ensure project is completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
