Online Consultant for Indian Market


We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Online Consultant to join our team and cater to the Indian market. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through various online platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong understanding of the Indian market.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through various online platforms such as chat, email, and social media
- Provide expert advice on products and services tailored to the Indian market
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' strategies in the Indian market
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by implementing new strategies and techniques

Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in English (Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the Indian market
- Knowledge of Indian culture, customs, and business practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using online platforms for communication

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Shan (remote work available)

Preference will be given to candidates who require no visa sponsorship. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
