Architectural Designer


We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Acre. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative design solutions for various projects. You must have a strong understanding of architectural principles and the ability to use design software to create detailed plans and drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the field and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and create detailed architectural drawings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with contractors and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and up to code
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and progress of projects
- Use relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in India
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
