Merchandiser for Indian Market in Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Merchandiser for the Indian market, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our products to Indian customers in the Wiltz area. This is a part-time position that offers a salary of 1700$ per month, without accommodation.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for increasing brand awareness and sales within the Indian community. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed prominently and accurately in retail stores and at promotional events.

To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred but not required. You should also have a strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies specific to the Indian market
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase brand awareness and sales within the Indian community
- Ensure that products are accurately displayed in retail stores and at promotional events
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Build strong relationships with retail store managers to secure prime product placement
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to increase sales
- Create eye-catching displays that attract customers' attention

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or similar role preferred
- Fluent English communication skills; fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language is a plus
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behavior
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability to work part-time, including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to commute to different retail stores within the Wiltz area
