Junior Architectural Designer

Our architecture firm in Herzliya is seeking a talented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will assist in the design and development of various projects, including residential and commercial buildings. This position is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience who is looking to grow and learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop architectural plans and designs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for projects
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future. As we value work-life balance, this role does not require working overtime or on weekends.
