Architectural Designer (Indian Candidates Only)


We are seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative architectural designs for various projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet the needs of our clients. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong technical skills in AutoCAD and other design software. Indian candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design are preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to determine project requirements and objectives
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Create detailed scale drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design software
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and finishes for each project
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Attend client meetings to present design concepts and receive feedback
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or project managers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Attention to detail
- Creativity and innovation
