Data Analyst

We are hiring a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Atlanta. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will help drive business decisions. You will work with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and maintain databases to store and retrieve data
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets using statistical techniques
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs
- Identify areas for process improvement based on data analysis
- Provide recommendations for business decisions based on data insights

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and interpret large datasets
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
