Solar Panel Installer

We are seeking a highly motivated Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Atlanta. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in solar panel installation and a strong understanding of electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs, ground mounts, and other structures according to design plans
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation
- Assist with the layout and positioning of panels to optimize energy production
- Connect wiring between panels, inverters, and other components
- Test and troubleshoot system components to ensure proper functioning
- Complete all necessary paperwork and recordkeeping related to installations
- Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions or addressing concerns from clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $1100 per week (based on experience)
