Part-Time QA Engineer (Karachi)


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in Karachi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating software products to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work closely with developers and other team members to identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback for improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Test software products for functionality, usability, and performance
- Identify and report bugs and issues using bug tracking tools
- Develop test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and provide feedback for improvements
- Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or updates
- Document test results and communicate them to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience with coding languages such as Java or Python
- Knowledge of software development processes
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with mobile application testing
