Quality Assurance Engineer (Karachi, Pakistan)



We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Karachi. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. Your main goal will be to identify and report any bugs or issues with our software, and work closely with the development team to resolve them.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new software features
- Conduct manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Ensure compatibility of software across different platforms, browsers, and devices
- Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes do not cause new issues
- Communicate testing progress and results to project stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual testing as well as automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential areas for improvement
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
