Formworker Foreman


We are a construction company based in Clairvaux, seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Foreman to join our team. As a Formworker Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the formwork process on our construction sites. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the formwork process for various construction projects
- Supervise and lead a team of formworkers, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed on site
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members
- Train new formworkers on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for formwork

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in formwork construction, preferably as a foreman or supervisor
- Proficient in reading blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is an asset)
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to formwork construction
- Ability to travel to different job sites within the Clairvaux area
