Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Preferred) - Bansko, Bulgaria
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. This role is ideal for Indian nationals who are looking for English-speaking jobs in a beautiful city known for its ski resorts and outdoor activities.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and ensuring their success through training and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure alignment on company goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
- Indian nationality preferred
