Sales Manager for Indian Market in Bansko, Bulgaria


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients from India. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month, with the opportunity for growth and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients from the Indian market
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of Indian clients
- Present product offerings and services to potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and online meetings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Keep updated records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the tourism industry or working with Indian clients
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel when necessary
