Collector for Debt Collection Agency in Split, Croatia


We are a reputable Debt Collection Agency based in Split, Croatia and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Collector to join our team. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting debtors and negotiating payment plans in order to collect outstanding debts. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors via phone, email or mail to discuss their outstanding debts
- Negotiating payment plans and methods with debtors
- Tracking and documenting all communication with debtors
- Updating account information and payment statuses
- Maintaining confidentiality of all debtor information
- Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations regarding debt collection

Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker, preferably Egyptian nationality
- Proven experience as a Collector or similar role
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
