Industrial Alpinist

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing rope access techniques to access and work at heights in various industrial settings. You will be part of a team that specializes in providing safe and efficient solutions for maintenance, construction, and inspection tasks. This position requires physical fitness, technical skills, and the ability to work in challenging environments.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access techniques to access and work at heights in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Conduct inspections of industrial structures such as buildings, towers, bridges, and wind turbines
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment using specialized tools while suspended at heights
- Complete construction and maintenance tasks such as painting, welding, and cleaning
- Participate in rescue operations if needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe working procedures are followed

Requirements:
- Must have experience in industrial alpinism or similar field
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights for extended periods of time
- Technical knowledge of rope access techniques and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans is preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work full-time on a flexible schedule depending on project needs
- Valid visa sponsorship is available for non-native employees
- Kenyan nationality is preferred but not required

Salary: $1100 per month
