Indian Chef
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Akron. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic Indian dishes and managing the kitchen operations. You must have a passion for Indian cuisine and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring food safety standards are met
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure high quality of food presentation and taste
- Monitor food costs and control waste
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Indian Chef
- Proficient in preparing various Indian dishes, including vegetarian options
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes

Salary: $1700 per month
