Commercial Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Triesen. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements for commercial building projects
- Create detailed architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
- Conduct site visits to assess potential project locations and gather necessary information
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and comply with building codes
- Prepare project budgets and timelines
- Oversee construction process to ensure design specifications are being met
- Make any necessary design changes or adjustments during construction phase
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Triesen
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
